EDC Dance Studio offers the only dance based pole dancing program for the general public to learn the art of pole dancing from a dance prospective. Our studio focuses on teaching the dynamics of pole dancing from walks, transitional moves, pole spins, climbs, inversions, combinations, dance moves and floor work plus much more all put together in a full dance routine. Pole Dynamics is a 90Min 4wk course that is offerd to the general public to learn the art of pole dancing. We have a variety of levels from beginner beginner, beginner intermediate to beginner advance for all students to grow. We also offer some standard 1Hr pole dance, pole fitness and pole dancing practice series clases to help you with learn dance technique, get full body strength conditioning, flexibility and to give you a good cardio workout. These classes are great as an aid to take in addition to your regular Pole Dynamics 4Wk Course. We also have private dance instruction for individuals who need more one on one attention. All of our courses and class series are taught by professional dancers who have exotic dance and/or pole dancing experience and have successfully completed EDC's Pole Pros Training Certification Program.

Beginner Dance Course Pole Dancing NYC
Pole Dynamics is a 90 minute 4wk pole dancing course for the general public who are interested in learning the art of pole dancing in a step by step level of progression pole dancing program. This course meets once a week for ninety minutes for four weeks. This Intensive course gives students a consistent regiment of the dynamics of the pole, pole partner to share your pole with for support, pole spotting and to bond with and grow with from level to level. Students will learn pole stretches to enhance flexibility, multiple strengthening exercises to build muscular strength and endurance followed by learning the dynamics of the pole from proper body positioning, poise, posture, pole spins, climbing and descending, pole inversions, choreography and improvisational skills.
